Generally, there is a 2 night minimum on weekends and a 3 night minimum on holiday weekends. Please call or email to see if a shorter stay is available.
A deposit equal to one nights stay is required to secure a reservation. Deposit may be made by personal check within five days of making your reservation or a credit card can be also be used.
Deposit will be refunded when a 15-day notice is given (less a $30 processing charge). Cancellations of less than 15 days will result in forfeiture of your deposit if we are unable to rebook your room for your entire reservation stay.
No-shows will be charged for their entire reserved stay.
Check-In is between 3 pm and 8 pm, unless prior arrangements have been made. Check-Out is 11 am.
Children over 12 are welcome at the Inn. This is requested as a courtesy to guests who have planned a child free get-away for a celebration or romantic weekend. Children under 12 are welcome in the Hideaway Cabin or in the Log Cabin Suites for an additional fee.
We have a West Virginia Beer and Wine License. We offer a variety of craft beers for sale with meals or to enjoy at the Inn. We also offer domestic and imported wines by the bottle or by the glass. You are welcome to bring your own wines to enjoy in your room or any of the common areas. If you choose to bring your own wine to dinner, we charge a corkage fee of $15.00 per bottle.
Smoking allowed on porches only. Smoking inside the Inn (in the common areas or your room) will result in a charge of $250 for cleaning.
Rates are based on single or double occupancy. A charge of $20 per person is required for each additional person.
Casual dress is appropriate for all activities at the inn.
Well-behaved pets are allowed in the Hideaway cabin only for an additional $20 per day.
No pets reside at the Inn.
