Cut meat into bite size. Brown mushrooms and onions in butter. Remove and brown meat on both sides. Set aside 3/4 cup bouillon. Add remaining bouillon, catsup, garlic, and salt to meat and stir. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Blend reserved bouillon and flour. Stir into meat mixture. Add mushrooms and onion, heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute, stir in sour cream. Do not boil. Serve over noodles. Can be thickened if needed with flour. Serves 6.
