  • 6 LARGE EGGS
  • 1 CUP OF ROASTED HATCH CHILES
  • 1 CUP OF CHEDDAR CHEESE
  • ½ CUP OF SOUR CREAM
  • GARLIC GARNI
  • SALT
  • PEPPER
  • DICED TOMATOES
  • SOUR CREAM


DIRECTIONS

IN A BLENDER OR FOOD PROCESSOR COMBINE THE CHILES, CHEESE AND SOUR CREAM AND PUREE-CAN
SUBSTITUTE CREAM CHEESE FOR SOUR CREAM

ADD SEASONING TO YOUR PREFERENCE

POUR INTO 6 OUNCE RAMEKINS THAT HAVE BEEN SPRAYED WITH COOKING SPRAY

BAKE IN A 325 DEGREE OVER FOR 40-50 MINUTES

FINISHED WHEN SOUFFLE IS PUFFED UP

GARNISH WITH DICED TOMATOES AND SOUR CREAM
