SPRAY PAM IN 9x13 PAN
Mix the following ingredients with wooden spoon in cake pan (I chose to mix it with the spoon in a bowl first, then poured it into the pan)
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
- 2 teasp. baking soda
- 1 teasp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 20 oz.can crushed pineapple
Bake in 350 oven for 35-45min.
Icing:
- 1 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 1 teasp. vanilla
Keeps great in the refrigerator, better the next day.
