Potato Cheese Soup


Ingredients

  • 6 cups potatoes, cut in cubes
  • 5 cups water
  • 2 carrots, chopped fine
  • 1 onion, chopped fine
  • 4 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 2 Tbs brown sugar


Boil until tender, then add:

  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • (do not dilute soups)
  • 1 lb Velveeta (half mild Mexican and half regular)


Simmer on low heat until cheese melts.

Can also add cauliflower and/or broccoli with the vegetables above
