- 10 cups corn
- 1 ½ cups water
- 4 tsp salt
- 3 Tbs sugar
- 1 ½ to 1 ¾ sticks butter or margarine
Cook on high for 6 minutes, stir.
Cook 6 minutes, stir.
Cook 6 minutes, done!
Put corn in freezer containers and place in a couple of inches of ice water to cool quickly. When it is cool, place in freezer.
When you're ready to eat it, thaw & cook until warm in a sauce pan. Either use low heat and/or stir frequently so it doesn't stick to the pan and burn.
