Ed's Pork Green Chili


Ingredients

  • 3 lbs pork loin
  • 2 lbs hot pork sausage
  • 56 ounces canned diced tomatoes
  • 20 jalapeno peppers, diced
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 Tbs vinegar
  • 3 Tbs sugar
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 Tbs chili powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 Tbs soy sauce
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • ½ cup flour

Insturctions

Cook pork loin & cut into small chunks. Brown sausage & crumble. Combine all ingredients except butter & flour in a large kettle. Bring to a boil & then simmer for a couple of hours. Combine the melted butter & flour and add to rest of ingredients.
