Ingredients- 2 eggs (slightly beaten)
- 1/2 c. butter - melted and cooled
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 1 c. pecans (optional)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 Tbs Makers Mark Kentucky bourbon (optional, but highly recommended)
Instructions
Mix in order listed. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 1/2 hour - 350 degrees. Let stand 5-10 minutes before cutting.
