Sleep Late French Toast
Spray lasagna pan with oil spray
Cut up 1 loaf French bread in 1 inch cubes and place in dish
Mix Together:
6 eggs
1 ½ cups of half and half
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
Pour over bread, cover, refrigerate, and go to bed
Topping:
(can be prepared the night before and set out on counter)
½ cup of soft butter
1 cup of chopped nuts
1 cup of brown sugar
2 tablespoons dark brown corn syrup
Mix together and crumble on top of bread. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes
