Russian Cake
(recipe from my friend Josie)
Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray
Mix the following ingredients and pour into the pan
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
2 teasp. baking soda
1 teasp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 20 oz.can crushed pineapple
Bake in 350 oven for 35-45min.
Icing: 1 8 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 stick butter
1 teasp. vanilla
Mix together and spread on cooled cake.
Keeps great in the refrigerator, even better the next day.
