Russian Cake

Ingredients
Mix the following ingredients and pour into the pan
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
- 2 teasp. baking soda
- 1 teasp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 20 oz.can crushed pineapple
Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray and bake in 350 oven for 35-45min.
Icing:
- 1 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 1 teasp. vanilla
Mix together and spread on cooled cake.
Keeps great in the refrigerator, even better the next day.
