Potato Cheese Soup
6 cups potatoes, cut in cubes
5 cups water
2 carrots, chopped fine
1 onion, chopped fine
4 chicken bouillon cubes
2 Tbs brown sugar
Boil until tender, then add:
1 can cream of celery soup
2 cans cream of chicken soup
(do not dilute soups)
1 lb Velveeta (half mild Mexican and half regular)
Simmer on low heat until cheese melts.
Can also add cauliflower and/or broccoli with the vegetables above.
