Lemon Garlic Chicken

Lemon Garlic Chicken

½ cup dry bread crumbs
¼ cup, plus 2 T. Parmesan cheese
1 ½ T. minced parsley
½ tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
6 chicken breast halves
¼ cup milk
¼ cup melted butter
1 small garlic clove
Juice from 1 lemon
Paprika

Combine crumbs, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.  Flatten chicken breasts with meat mallet.  Dip chicken in milk and roll in crumb mixture.  Place in greased baking dish.  Combine butter, garlic, and lemon.  Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika.  Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes, uncovered.
