This time, we wanted nothing more than to getaway from civilization and its discontents. But we couldn’t have hoped for a stay as perfect as this one was: breathtaking scenery, ultra-comfortable rooms, and most importantly things we never expected: wonderful people, good cheer, and some of the best food I’ve ever had anywhere. I don’t now which memory will last me longer, the view from Seneca Rock or your green chili soup. And I don’t care! We’ll be coming back and telling our friends about you.
